To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter of recommendation for Mike Marohnic. Mike acted as the general contractor on remodeling work we did in our home. Mike was responsible for performing or supervising all of the following: (1) all of the aluminum windows were replaced with vinyl; (2) the aluminum sliding glass doors were replaced with wood sliding glass doors and a set of French doors; (3) wallpaper was removed from various locations (a very messy job) and the interior of the house was prepped for and painted; (4) an imposing rock fireplace was removed and replaced with tile; (5) our bar area was reconfigured with new cabinetry installed; and (6) our kitchen was redone with all new appliances added, a center island installed and the cabinets varnished. I mention all of this to demonstrate that the job which Mike was responsible for was significant.
I found Mike to be professional, courteous, hard working and honest throughout the entire project. He started when he said he would start and he worked diligently through the job’s completion. Any changes that arose during the project were dealt with in a like manner and we had no problems of any kind. My wife and I can give an unqualified recommendation for the work performed by Mike.
