Just a note to let you know how great our new windows are. By putting those windows in, we lowered the temperature in our loft by 12-15 degrees. What a difference! I also wanted to thank you for the prompt service. We were pleasantly surprised that the windows were custom made, delivered and installed in such a short period of time. John, your installer, did a fantastic job. When he found that our home builder had cut corners in construction, he compensated for that and re-worked the cut outs so that the windows fit properly. He worked so hard and was extremely pleasant about the snag.
